Treasure Your Passion

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:21 The farm has been such a busy place this past week! Between webinars, lambs, horses, and getting ready for maple syrup season, we have had plenty to do.  One thing that we started this week is Logan's YouTube Channel.   Now many who know Logan, know that he is a shy, reserved kid that doesn't like to talk much until he gets to know you.  After that it is pretty much game over because he is going to talk your ear off.  With the ability to bring in a mini donkey to the farm, Logan jumped at the possibility to own the donkey himself.  His dream is to be a donkey farmer! He and his brother work hard for their money and they do odd jobs for people and Logan stepped up to purchase the donkey with the stipulation that the donkey could work in the Therapy program and he had to join in on some lesson times.  Well not only did that make Logan  happy, we also talked about the idea of h...

Teaching a Passion for God

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28  I know in the past I have talked about how in 2019, God tugged at my heart to pull my kids from school and homeschool them.  Honestly, there are days that I am at my wits end and don't know if I can go another day with them home.  I wonder if I am doing all the right things, are they actually learning, I didn't get a subject completed how could I go on, and the doubts just crowd my brain.  I know when those doubts creep in that is not God, that is the evil trying to take away what I have built these last three years.  You see, I built boys who LOVE God, respect others, are so kind and generous, and most of all are great problem solvers.  I have built boys who understand the concept of hard work, who value what they earn, and of course they have that desire to have their own businesses.  Don't get me wrong kids atten...
